Annual General Meeting of the Anglican Foundation of Canada
The Anglican Foundation of Canada warmly invites members and friends from across the country to attend its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern.
This year’s AGM will be held online via Zoom, reflecting feedback from members who expressed appreciation for a format that allows broader participation from across Canada.
The Annual General Meeting is an opportunity to celebrate the work of the Foundation, receive key reports, and look ahead to the future of AFC’s ministry and mission.
Attendees will receive the meeting agenda and AFC’s audited financial statements in advance of the meeting.
The Governance & Nominating Committee of AFC is recommending the following individuals for election as Board Directors:
Returning Directors
- Michael Butler — Toronto
- Walter Howell — Toronto
- Edith Marshall — Nova Scotia & Prince Edward Island
- The Very Rev. Alexandra Meek — Edmonton
- Todd Sandrock — Ottawa
- The Most Rev. John Stephens — New Westminster
- Isabel Weeks — British Columbia
New Nominees
- The Ven. Jonathan Hoskin — Brandon
- Charles Randell — Eastern Newfoundland & Labrador
In addition to the nine nominees to be elected at this AGM, the Board of Directors separately is recommending the following individuals to be reappointed as directors of AFC: Caroline Cakebread (Toronto), the Rev. Natasha Henderson (Yukon), and the Rev. Canon Brad Smith (Toronto).
