The Anglican Foundation of Canada (AFC) will host its Annual General Meeting of members on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at All Saints’ Anglican Cathedral, Edmonton, at 7:30 p.m. MDT.
The AGM will be preceded by an Evensong service at 5:45 p.m. where the Most Rev. Linda Nicholls will preach and the Rt. Rev. Stephen London will preside. Between the service and AGM, AFC will host a wine and cheese reception for guests in attendance.
All Anglicans in the Province of Alberta are invited to attend. Participants will be provided with the meeting agenda, the Foundation’s audited financial statements for 2023, and the slate of 2024 board nominees for election. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer the option of attending virtually on ZOOM for this meeting.
The Nominating Committee of AFC is recommending the following individuals for election as board directors:

- The Rev. Francis Delaplain—Arctic
- The Rev. Amy Hamilton—Montreal
- Natasha Henderson—Yukon

Subsequent to the AGM, the Board of Directors will appoint the following individuals as additional directors:
- The Rev. Brody Albers—Saskatchewan
- The Rev. Canon Brad Smith—Toronto
- The Most Rev. Linda Nicholls will continue to serve as Chair until her retirement in September 2024
