The Montreal Mission Internship, a program of the Montreal Diocesan Theological College, received one of fourteen Category B grants from the 2021 Say Yes! to Kids Request for Proposals. The $15,000 grant was awarded based on their overall mission and service to young adults in the Diocese of Montreal.

Indigenous Ministries RFP

Thanks to generous bequest in support of Indigenous Ministries, the Anglican Foundation of Canada (AFC) is pleased to announce a $100,000 Request for Proposals (RFP) in 2022. Grants range from $5,000 to $15,000 and both ongoing and emerging projects will be considered.

Hope for unhoused youth

It is in growing that stable foundation where the people of Christ Church hope to make a difference. Proceeds from this year’s fundraiser will help to launch a Youth Navigation Fund which will give youth outreach workers the freedom and flexibility to tailor support to meet individual needs.

In addition to Diverse Infrastructure grants of $134,600, AFC provided $39,000 for Leadership and Education, including bursaries for theological students, $35,000 towards Community Ministry projects, $23,800 to Indigenous  Ministries, and $17,700 for Sacred Music & Liturgical Arts.

The sister parishes of Christ Church (Kitimat) and St. Matthew’s (Terrace) in the Diocese of Caledonia were able to green light much-needed improvements thanks to two Diverse Infrastructure grants totaling $20,000 from the Anglican Foundation of Canada (AFC) in 2021.
