We are donors to AFC because it helps us to carry out our mission: to be a light in the darkness and to keep our doors open so that all may be made welcome in our home.

It is with much gratitude that Aboriginal Neighbours acknowledges multiple grants that have supported Mentor-Apprentice teaching-learning teams on Vancouver Island—truly a gesture of reconciliation and a gift to future generations.

My time with the Syriac Orthodox Christians in Kerala, India, opened to me the distinctive ways in which life in Christ is lived by people whose faith grows out of Eastern Christian roots.

As a full-time student of Queen’s College in St. John’s, Newfoundland, I greatly appreciated being a bursary recipient since it reduced the financial impact on my family as I studied to earn my degree.

We are donors to the Foundation because we also believe in serving the people of God—to embrace, encourage, and inspire all people seeking to discover and grow their faith in Jesus Christ.

The Anglican Foundation has proven to be adaptable in its support of ministry, and the places from which our ministry comes, so I am happy to donate and encourage individuals and parishes to do so as well!

The Diocese of Ontario is grateful to the Foundation for assisting many parishes in infrastructure repairs, accessibility, kids after school programs, children’s camping experiences, and the formation of children’s choirs.

Having received a grant and loan from AFC, it seems only right that we should support it for the sake of other churches with dreams of their own.

Giving to the Foundation is one of the best ways to support the church beyond one’s parish.
